- 2 Cups Kretschmar Pastrami, Chopped2 Cups
- 1 Cup Kretschmar Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded1 Cup
- 2 Tbsps. Butter, Melted2 Tbsps.

- 2 Cups Rye Bread, Cubed2 Cups
- ¾ Cup Thousand Island Salad Dressing¾ Cup
- 1 Cup Coleslaw Mix, No Dressing1 Cup
- 1 Large Tomato, Diced1 Large
- 8 Stems Green Onions, Thinly Sliced8 Stems
- 6 Ounces Salad Greens, Ready-to Serve6 Ounces
Instructions
COMBINE butter and pepper in a bowl. Add bread cubes and toss to coat.
ARRANGE in a single layer in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan.
BAKE at 400° until golden brown, 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool.
DIVIDE and layer ingredients in this order in each of four mason jars: dressing, pastrami, coleslaw, tomato, green onions, cheese and salad greens.
ADD croutons to top it off.
