  • 2 Tbsps. Olive Oil2 Tbsps.

  • 1 Tsp. Dried Oregano1 Tsp.
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Basil1 Tsp.
  • to Taste Kosher Salt to Taste
  • to Taste Black Pepper, Freshly Ground to Taste

Creamy Pesto

  • 1 Cup Pesto, Fresh or Store-Bought1 Cup
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened to Room Temperature4 Ounces
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice1 Tbsp.
  • to Taste Kosher Salt to Taste
  • to Taste Black Pepper, Freshly Ground to Taste

Blue Cheese Ranch

  • 4 Ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese4 Ounces
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream1 Cup
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise¼ Cup
  • 1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix1 Package
  • to Taste Kosher Salt to Taste
  • to Taste Black Pepper, Freshly Ground to Taste

Instructions


  1. Hoagie Mayo: COMBINE all ingredients in small mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

  2. Hoagie Mayo: SERVE on any deli sandwich to instantly add all the flavors of an italian hoagie/sub.

  3. Creamy Pesto: COMBINE all ingredients in small mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste. If cream cheese isn’t soft enough, use electric mixer to combine. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.

  4. Creamy Pesto: SERVE on any deli sandwich to instantly add herbaceous depth of flavor and enhance the taste of deli meats and cheeses.

  5. Blue Cheese Ranch: COMBINE all ingredients in small mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
