Fresh Lemon Juice to Taste Kosher Salt to Taste Black Pepper, Freshly Ground 4 Ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese 1 Cup Sour Cream ¼ Cup Mayonnaise 1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix to Taste Kosher Salt to Taste Black Pepper, Freshly Ground

1Hoagie Mayo: COMBINE all ingredients in small mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

3Creamy Pesto: COMBINE all ingredients in small mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste. If cream cheese isn’t soft enough, use electric mixer to combine. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.
