Off the Bone Ham with Natural Juices

Kretschmar Off the Bone Ham

Kretschmar American Cheese

Kretschmar Provolone Cheese

Iceberg Lettuce

Thin Layer

Mayo

Cherry Tomato

Shaved Carrot

Directions

START with two untoasted slices of whole wheat bread. Layer a thin spread of mayo on each slice.
LAY one slice of American cheese, two slices of ham, and one leaf of lettuce on one slice of bread, and then top it with on the other slice of bread.
PUNCH holes into this sandwich with a biscuit cutter, removing the crust of the sandwich, then set aside.
POKE two holes into a cherry tomato with toothpick or knife. Insert small cores of carrot into the tomato for "antennae".
CUT "eyes" out of slice of provolone using pastry tip. Cut out a sliver of cheese for the “mouth”.
DAB mayo on the back of the eyes and mouth then attach to the cherry tomato.
ADD tiny dots with a condiment or decorating gel to the eyes for the pupils and set aside.
PLACE the 4 mini sandwich circles on a plate to form the body segments and place the cherry tomato at one end for the face.
