Directions
COMBINE red wine vinegar, banana pepper brine, grated garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and olive oil into a lidded jar. Shake vigorously until frothy and glossy.
RINSE thinly sliced red onion in a small bowl of water for a sweeter, less sharp onion.
ADD shredded carrot, chopped red pepper, chopped banana peppers, finely chopped iceberg lettuce into a mixing bowl with pre-rinsed onions.
CHOP all of the Kretschmar meat and cheeses, squared to your liking, and then add them to the mixing bowl to toss with the dressing.
TOP with fresh cracked pepper or red pepper flakes to taste.
