Ingredients
- 1 Loaf Baguette, Sliced Lengthwise1 Loaf
- 5 Tbsps. European Salted Butter, Softened5 Tbsps.
- 1 Tsp. Fresh Tarragon, Minced1 Tsp.
- 1 Tsp. Fresh Thyme, Minced1 Tsp.
- 1 Tsp. Fresh Parsley, Minced1 Tsp.
- 1 Whole Lemon, Zested1 Whole
- 10 Ounces Kretschmar Black Forest Ham10 Ounces
- 2 Cups Baby Arugula2 Cups
Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 400°F and place baguette slices cut-side-down on rimmed baking sheet.
BAKE until lightly toasted, about 8 to 10 minutes.
COMBINE butter, tarragon, thyme, parsley and lemon zest in a small bowl.
SPREAD herb butter on cut sides of baguette.
LAYER Kretschmar Black Forest Ham and arugula over herb butter and top with remaining baguette slice.
CUT sandwich crosswise into 4 equal pieces. Serve and enjoy.
