Ingredients
- 12 Ounces Kretschmar Black Forest Ham12 Ounces
- 6 Whole Eggs6 Whole
- 3 Cups Spinach3 Cups
- 2 Tablespons Fresh Thyme2 Tablespons
- 1 Cup Kretschmar Pepper Jack Cheese, Grated1 Cup
- ½ Cup Onion, Chopped½ Cup
- to Taste Salt to Taste
- to Taste Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions
HEAT oven to 350°F.
LINE mini-muffin tins with Kretschmar Black Forest Ham.
CHOP spinach.
SAUTE spinach, onions and half of thyme for 2 minutes.
REMOVE from the heat and cool.
BEAT eggs until fluffy.
ADD spinach, onion and cheese to beaten eggs.
BAKE 15 minutes or until done.
SEASON with salt, pepper and thyme to taste then serve!
