12 Ounces Kretschmar Black Forest Ham 6 Whole Eggs 3 Cups Spinach 2 Tablespons Fresh Thyme 1 Cup Kretschmar Pepper Jack Cheese, Grated ½ Cup Onion, Chopped to Taste Salt to Taste Black Pepper

Directions
1HEAT oven to 350°F.
2LINE mini-muffin tins with Kretschmar Black Forest Ham.
3CHOP spinach.
4SAUTE spinach, onions and half of thyme for 2 minutes.
5REMOVE from the heat and cool.
6BEAT eggs until fluffy.
7ADD spinach, onion and cheese to beaten eggs.
8BAKE 15 minutes or until done.
9SEASON with salt, pepper and thyme to taste then serve!
