1/2 lb dinner cuts Shredded into hearty chunks. Kretschmar Peri Peri Turkey Breast 2 Cups Cooked Rice 2 Tbsp Neutral Oil 1 Finely chopped Yellow Onion 1 Finely chopped Green Bell Pepper 1 Large rib, finely chopped Celery Stalks 3 Cloves finely chopped Garlic 4 Tbsp Seasoning Blend 1/2 Cup (Quartered) Cherry Tomatoes 1 Sliced Avocado Naan, or flatbread/wrap preference 2 Tsp Sugar 2 Tsp Paprika 2 Tbsp Onion Powder 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder 2 Tbsp Ground Coriander 1 Tbsp Salt 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley 2 Tsp Ground Ginger 2 Tsp Ground Cardamom 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions
1HEAT oil in a skillet at medium high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery to the skillet until fragrant. Then add
garlic.
2SPRINKLE in Peri Peri Seasoning Blend, add cooked rice, and mix in. Turn off heat. Salt to taste.
3CHOP your Peri Peri Turkey Breast into hearty pieces and set aside.
4TOAST the Naan bread or favorite style wrap/flatbread in a medium high skillet for 2 minutes each side, and
lightly butter the top side.
5TOP the flatbread with two spoonfuls of your rice.
6ADD a handful of shredded Turkey Breast.
7LINE the Turkey Breast with quartered cherry tomatoes and salted avocado slices. Squeeze some lemon for
added tang and enjoy.
8IF WRAPPING, fold the bottom 5th of the flatbread up, and fold one side of the flatbread to the other, using your
fingers to tuck the top flap into the bottom fold. Tighten as you roll, wrap in parchment paper, and enjoy.
