HEAT oil in a skillet at medium high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery to the skillet until fragrant. Then add garlic.
SPRINKLE in Peri Peri Seasoning Blend, add cooked rice, and mix in. Turn off heat. Salt to taste.
CHOP your Peri Peri Turkey Breast into hearty pieces and set aside.
TOAST the Naan bread or favorite style wrap/flatbread in a medium high skillet for 2 minutes each side, and lightly butter the top side.
TOP the flatbread with two spoonfuls of your rice.
ADD a handful of shredded Turkey Breast.
LINE the Turkey Breast with quartered cherry tomatoes and salted avocado slices. Squeeze some lemon for added tang and enjoy.
IF WRAPPING, fold the bottom 5th of the flatbread up, and fold one side of the flatbread to the other, using your fingers to tuck the top flap into the bottom fold. Tighten as you roll, wrap in parchment paper, and enjoy.
