Ingredients

1/2 lb Mesquite Smoked Honey Tavern Ham with Natural Juices

2 slices Pre-Sliced Provolone Cheese

2 slices Thick-Cut Artisan Bread

Romaine Lettuce, whole leaves

2-4 tbsp Hot Honey (or honey mixed with chili flakes)

Butter, for toasting bread (optional)

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

1Spread softened butter on the sourdough bread slices and toast on a hot griddle until golden and crisp on the outside.

2Stack folded Kretschmar ham, one slice at a time to build height.

3Drizzle hot honey over the ham slices as you’re layering them on.

4Top with provolone slices, followed by whole romaine leaves for crunch that are seasoned lightly with salt and pepper.

5Close the sandwich with the second slice of toasted bread.
